堪祖蘇南給稱仁波切於12月七曰安置不丹閉關中心寺廟頂Gyeltshen。祈福閉關中心的重建能利益更多有情眾，能協助更多修行者，宏掦廣傳多傑林巴傳承。感謝所有功德主的護持。功德圓滿，吉祥如意。
此聖地禪修處，之前稱為頂喜甘露卅。之後賈扎法王另外取名為寶藏啓門卅。現在我們稱此聖地為頂喜寶藏啓門卅。為蓮師及金剛亥母埾地。聖地主人是果莫天母，竹巴噶舉主要的護法神。聖地有法報化三身的莊嚴，這介紹文為菩薩旺度多傑林巴心子第三世轉世祖古措林楚清具巴所寫下的介紹文，內容為他入定時所見。埾地外圍有雪山，如唸珠圍繞。此聖地如同在曼達盤最頂端，主要有2條河腕沿流過，對於修法所求之事，自然實現。所以稱為喜悦之頂。因為有蓮師所修的長壽水（無死甘露岩洞），高山的形狀如同國王坐在皇座上，有三座山峯，表示三解脫門。四週森林為藥材樹。許多果樹，杉樹，為煙供用樹材。聖地髙山右側晼沿的路，有如哈達圍繞。左邊像獅子跳躣狀，前方高山像雙手相握，兩條河前面交流，如同獻供水般。春夏開滿各種花果，如同花園般的美麗。後面山如同經書重曡的樣子，如同甚深伏藏典藉的寶庫。蓮師留下很多手印與腳印鞋印在長壽鳥的岩洞。從山頂往遠處看，可以看到壇城的形狀，看弟子的勝解之心，壇城各有不同。從石壁上可以看到天然形成密勒曰巴的影像，天然形成吽字及各種咒語字，還有天然發出的吽聲。凡是看到，聽到，有強烈信心並且種下解脫種子。在此禪修易達到證悟並且清除四種蓋障，得四喜證悟。喝甘露水，易洗淸煩惱污穢，生出強烈信心。
無死甘露水一滴滴流出，不多也不少，也不會停止。四週有13個天然形成岩洞，代表修行13地。來到此處，只要看到聖地，內心自然產生出離心，對法的歡喜，禪定覺受提升，內心產生寧靜喜悅，僅只踩到聖地，都具有很大功效。所以此地是化身浄土。如果內心清淨者，聖地本身自顯五種佛智的刹土，也是五方佛國度。，
四大種地水火風，就是四方佛的佛母，大種清淨是文武百尊。氣清淨大種是咒語，脈清淨是勇士空行母。在一粒塵土就有如同萬萭億億數量的國度。總之二利（自利他利）自然形成，三身自成殊勝聖地。這是成就者入定所見所做的開示。
Khentruel Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche has installed the Sertho (Golden Pinnacle) at the Thaer Ge Gye-Pheling Goenpa (Pangkha Goenpa). As per special ‘MO’ by Lama ‘Choe-Chong’ during the foundation laying prayers on December 7, 2014, it was indicated installing a proper Sertho (Golden Pinnacle) at the new Lhakhang will bring more peace and stability in the region, help spread of Dharma and Terchen Dori Lingpa’s teachings and benefit all sentient beings. Khentruel Rinpoche have put in many sacred relics in the Sertho to help further spread dharma and Buddhism in the region and abroad.
During the Sertho installation Khentruel Rinpoche offered prayers for the wellbeing of His Majesty the King, His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, the Country, Dorji Lingpa family and all sentient beings.
The Lhakhang renovation works are being carried out under the supervision of Mr. Nob Gyeltshen, with a committee comprising of members from Sephu, Rukubji and Chazam. Taiwan Dorji Lingpa Buddhist Center is the main sponsor for the Lhakhang Renovation works.
The Thaer Ge Gye-Pheling Goenpa was built by and believed to be the Dhensa of Lama Tshultem Pelber, the 2nd (Second) successive lineage holders of Tshungmed Tashi Tenzin, the Heart Son of Tertoen Dorji Lingpa. The Goenpa was blessed with the visit of Guru Rinpoche and have many secret places of Guru Rinpoche, Khadroms, Dupthops and Long life god and goddess.
