弟子問:自己的情緒很容易受外界的人或者事物言行所影響,心情久久未能恢復平靜。雖然會提醒自己「一切的無常」及「慈悲」,但心緒還是有1-2小時的不平靜。該如何改變自己,提升修行?
堪祖仁波切開示:
修行者除了每日的聞思修及精進修行,對自己的「身語意」更要小心及注意。「身及語」的行會非常直接的影響自己及對方,而折損自己的善業並且立即造成業障。一位修行者必須更謹慎自己的言行,改善及增強自己的菩提慈悲心。漸漸的身邊的障礙會減少,自己的修行會自然進步,面對下次的情緒波動時間,會自然的縮短。一次次的進步。

Disciple asked Rinpoche: when we faced people unfriendly verbal words or behavior and it normally affect our mind unstable for a while and feeling terribly. Even we practice buddhism philosophy and understand the life im-permanant but still taking us 1-2 hours to recover our unsettle mind. How to do?
Khentrul Rinpoche advised: for a practitioner, we need to watch out our action and words very carefully because these “two” affect people and ourself straight directly. Action behavior and speech will offset lots of our good merits and create bad kharma instantly. Of course we also need to practice and increase our mercy hearts. I am sure gradually we can control our mind more easily and not to be affected easily. At least the the length of impact will reduced gradually.
