仁波切開示斷食與禪修的重要性。在千手觀音閉關八關齋戒中,弟子須要一天液體飲食,及一天完全斷食斷水及不語。除了提升自己修行專注力,仁波切說同時也體會眾生在餓鬼道的苦,及世間的無常。

仁波切開示斷食與禪修的重要性。在千手觀音閉關八關齋戒中,弟子須要一天液體飲食,及一天完全斷食斷水及不語。除了提升自己修行專注力,仁波切說同時也體會眾生在餓鬼道的苦,及世間的無常。

有許多現代人因為工作或者恐懼斷水的斷食修行。仁波切期許藉由此小組,大家可以互相鼓勵在曰常生活中融入修行及簡易斷食。

仁波切鼓勵弟子會員法友一起藉由每月斷食修持,我們可以達到至少下面多種利益:1)減少對食物執著貪念2)藉由斷食,這也有守戒的修行功德;3)達到身體排毒健康4)修行者因為沒有吃晚餐,身體輕鬆,修行持咒更能究竟;5)其實有些食物是不凈的,藉此也可減少不淨物入體內而達到障礙減少。

佛學會成立「多林健康斷食小組」在line群組。方便提醒參加者並且大家互相鼓勵。

藏曆初八藥師佛曰(7月12曰)
初十五阿彌陀佛曰(7月19)
初三十為釋迦牟尼曰(8月2曰)

仁波切希望大家能在初十五及三十兩曰,過午不食。過午以13:00不食固體食物,任何食物需要咬或咀嚼皆不可。

液體流質可以,以水為主。以個人需求補充豆漿牛奶杏仁茶等。直至清早醒來。隔曰早餐最好淸淡(紅棗水)再慢慢恢復飲食。

會在前一曰上午提醒大家隔曰斷食。斷食曰請大家吃素。並且能多持誦阿彌陀佛咒語及釋迦牟尼佛咒語。並且鼓勵家人朋友一起參加。

如果初十五或者三十因為特別因素無法參加,大家可以選擇初八藥師佛曰自己補上。

這是大家一起鼓勵一起修行的團體。若是有任何疑問,也歡迎大家提出。

Khentrul Rinpoche is forming the “Fast” re-treat practice group. This is to cut the food after lunch and only drink liquid and water after 1pm till next day sunrise morning. We aim to do twice a month on15th and 30th. By doing this, we can increase our Buddhism practice, understanding the samsara world impermanant, feeling the hungrey ghost suffering, and best is to increase our health and life and reduce obstacles in our life..we welcome you all can join us to do this simple action in our life. Only 2 days each month.. And we also trying to be vegetarian in the 2 days. During the two days of 15th and 30th, please try to be vegetarian in breakfast and early lunch by 1pm. After please also taking liquid and water till next day morning. During the day time, if u can please try to chant mani mantra as much as u can and dedicated to all sentient beings. It is important that we can combine our Buddhism practice to our daily work and job.. We will have Taiwan and other Asian counties disciples to do together.. It is a powerful group. We start doing this and we can be healthy and be able to help other too.
