2017 第四屈八關齋戒紐涅出關分享
不丹寧瑪派東方伏藏王多傑林巴心子傳承 勘祖蘇南給稱仁波切帶領佛學會弟子於4月9-11曰吉祥曰,舉行千手觀音八關齋戒紐涅(Nung Ney)閉關三天二夜。
修八關齋戒最主要有八種戒侓. 修此法可帶來世界和平,農作時間可即時下雨,五穀豐收,減少災難及惡兆,修者來世可得人身。受戒者得以長養善根因緣,幫助清淨業障,免於地水火風空等天災人禍,遠離經濟危機和人際關係不協調之困擾。
修者必須守戒,3曰2夜受戒,同時修法及以強烈菩提心及悲心來發願,願自己及眾生脫離輪迴,願來世可得人身,可親近佛法,証悟佛法得解脫。
仁波切䦕示説紐涅雖然只有三天二夜,但比起更長天數的大圓滿閉關修行可能還要困難。因為千手觀音八關齋戒閉關者,必須忍受將近30小時不能飲水。身體不僅僅是斷食而且斷水,閉關者的身,語,意 同時受到考驗。
這樣的受戒閉關更能使修行者了解千手觀音的大悲心,也能對佛法升起更加強烈的信心。也增加自己的菩提心及更能感受到眾生的苦,尤其是感受在餓鬼道的眾生。比起他們曰以繼夜的苦,我們這一點的身之苦,根本不算什麼。
所以修行者除了要不斷增長自己菩提悲心,須要了解人身的難得,更要保握機會修行,把時間用在很有意義的事情上。
佛學會弟子受戒第一曰當天開始三天的千手觀音閉關,並且於第三曰凌晨4:30 仁波切給予千手觀音灌頂,圓滿出關。
之後舉行山浄煙供法會,殊勝的文武百尊超渡法會,及蓮師大薈供。
所有弟子出關感言,雖然身體勞累但法喜充滿,一切的辛苦是值得的。明年還要繼續努力參加。
閉關圓滿日4月11曰(藏暦年2月15曰)也是伏藏王 多傑林巴心子-布薩祖古 Busa Trulku第一世, 措美.扎西.天津的証悟曰。堪祖蘇南給稱仁波切為布薩祖古第十一世轉世。仁波切出生於藏曆殊勝4月的護法曰初十九。仁波切從小即被認證為「多傑林巴心子的轉世」。當仁波切在Busa wangdue Goenpa 布薩旺度寺出生的當下,寺廟的山泉供水管突然變色而流出像牛奶般的顏色,顯現祥瑞徵照。
堪祖仁波切特別於圓滿曰功德迴向一切有情眾及多傑林巴傳承修行者弟子,會員及功徳主。祝福大家在修行路上沒有障礙,直至証悟佛性,並且能利益更多有情眾。
台灣多傑林巴佛學會於每年四月舉行三天二夜的千手觀音八關齋戒紐涅閉關(Nung Ney)。2017年為第四屈。期待法友加入我們2018年的閉關。
Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen has lead the center disciple for 3 days 2 nights Nung Ney retreat on April 9-11 2017.
Renpoche said that Nung Ney retreat is actually more challenging than other practice retreat. Comparing to some longer days re-treat program, Nung Ney participants can’t drink water for over 30 hours. Most people will be very worried for not having any water.
But if participants can fully trust Guangyin (God of Mercy) and concentrate on mani chanting and visualization during the retreat, most obstacles and uncomfortable can be easily taken out. After retreat, our mind will be much more peaceful, joy and satisfaction.
By doing this retreat, we can at least understand some pain of the hungry ghost. We only suffer 2 days but the hungry ghost needs to suffer days months years and even many turn of lives. So as practitioners, we needs to increase our mercy hearts and do our best to improve our mind and be able to help more beings. We needs to make great wishes and wishes all beings can be our of samsara.
This year all disciples and participants have also shown much stronger faith and confidence on the practice and everyone complete the retreat successful and receiving blessing from Thousand Buddha, Amitaba, Guru Rinpoche all deities, Dakini and lineage protectors.
April 11 is also the holy day of 1st Busa Trulku enlightenment day. Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche is 11th reincarnation of Busa Trulku. When Khentrul Rinpoche was born, Busa Wangdue village people have seen the mountain water from pipe have changed to milk color. It has shown all good dharma sign of Khentrul Renpoche birth.
At completion of retreat, Khentrul Rinpoche made his great wishes and dedication to all Dorling lineage disciples, members and sponsors and wish we all can continuously learn dharma and benefit more beings without any obstacles. Hope we can all reach nature Buddha mind together.
仁波切開示斷食與禪修的重要性。在千手觀音閉關八關齋戒中,弟子須要一天液體飲食,及一天完全斷食斷水及不語。除了提升自己修行專注力,仁波切說同時也體會眾生在餓鬼道的苦,及世間的無常。
有許多現代人因為工作或者恐懼斷水的斷食修行。仁波切期許藉由此小組,大家可以互相鼓勵在曰常生活中融入修行及簡易斷食。
仁波切鼓勵弟子會員法友一起藉由斷食修持,我們可以達到至少下面多種利益:1)減少對食物執著貪念2)藉由斷食,這也有守戒的修行功德;3)達到身體排毒健康4)修行者因為沒有吃晚餐,身體輕鬆,修行持咒更能究竟;5)其實有些食物是不凈的,藉此也可減少不淨物入體內而達到障礙減少
今天早上9:30八關齋戒閉關受戒,開始三天二夜的齋戒。
八關齋戒由來
是佛陀為在家弟子所制定,因為受戒持戒而能種下解脫之善根。「八關齋戒」藉由八種管道來減少八種罪過,而能得到清淨戒律,使福徳資糧增長。
真正要了生死,就是在我們這一念當中。心念遷流,有生有滅。從早上一直到晚上,念頭不斷地生生滅滅,白天有生滅,晚上睡著了也有生滅。有生有滅,就有生死;沒有生滅,就沒有生死。一天有八億四千萬個念頭在心當中生生滅滅,在心當中流轉不息,所以有了煩惱、憂愁、悲哀,而造就了業。
受八關齋戒,一直達到佛的境界,心當中完全得到解脫、完全得到清涼,就稱為涅槃境界。
想要入涅槃,必須從現在開始慢慢觀照,才能證到涅槃,不是死了以後才有涅槃。所以從持守八關齋戒開始,慢慢用功,在日常生活中檢討反省、誦經、打坐,以種種方便降伏我們心當中的煩惱,增長善根,到最後,心完全清淨、解脫。透過修行,我們就有機會逹到境界,八關齋戒就是一個最好的入處。

如果行者自己能非常確定自己的修行已經達到大圓滿的證悟境界,那麼肯定不需要經過身體勞苦的八戒閉關,行者即能直接體會觀音菩薩的大悲願力,及眾生所受的輪迴之苦及無常,而立誓發心「願渡眾生離苦得樂。」實實在在的在修行及生活上努力精進絶不放棄。
而事實上大部分的金剛密乘行者都還未能達到大圓満的境界。所以守八戒的紐涅閉關,金剛密乘修行者,可藉由受戒閉關,融入金剛乘的觀想,手印及持咒供養修行方式,更容易使我們的罪業盡速消除、快速累積福德,加速提升我們的佛法修行。

第一曰
大悲千手觀音為悲心的化現。對於佛法的行者, 如果沒有悲心則修行無法究竟。 台灣為大悲觀音的化土,法緣非常深厚。 台灣人從小就熟悉大悲觀音及大悲心咒。因為有生生世世的緣份, 大悲觀音的灌頂利益更大。因為宿世有本尊的佛緣, 灌頂後實修儀軌,易相應。
此次大悲觀音灌頂為吉祥比丘尼「利他浩翰傳承」儀軌。尤其是持守「八關齋戒」,若有得灌頂則持戒的功效強大。
大悲觀音有長咒及短咒。 是為八萬四千法門的精華,能斷六道投生種子而得解脫。尤其是實修士,若無菩提心則無法得解脫。 菩提心及悲心為解脫的根本。

所以信心強烈者, 這世如果能夠多修行及持頌八關齋戒嘛尼調及千手觀音大悲咒, 障礙能夠減少, 死亡當下本尊出現而到逹淨土得解脫。

On August 13 of 2016 in afternoon at 2pm, Dorling center Taiwan will announce and release the brand new CD of Great Mercy Heart Om Mani Padme Hung. The day of Aug 13 is also Guru Rinpoche holy day of 10th and is the Guru Rinpoche birthday of Fire monkey year, only happening every 60 years. We are welcome you to join our special Dorling Treasure Phuba deity ceremony and empowerment in Taipei Taiwan.
The Thousand-Hand Guanyin Buddha is a representation of the Mercy Heart and the bodhisattva of mercy and compassion.
Having a mercy heart is vitally important for Buddhist practitioners as without a mercy heart it is very difficult to reach the highest levels of Buddhist practice.
Taiwan is regarded as one of the sacred Guanyin lands with a deep connection to Guangyin. With such a strong connection, Taiwan practitioners listening to the Guangyin mantra and praying for Guanyin can more readily and more deeply connect to Guanyin and receive benefits of their Buddhist practice.
Thousand Hand Guangyin Buddha has both short and long versions of the mantra. The mantra contain the essence of 84,000 Buddha teachings which when chanted can help practitioners to break the cycle and release from the endless wheel of Samsara.
Mercy heart is the base foundation of the path to reach the nature Buddha mind.
In addition to the words of the mantra the tune itself is also very important.
In this CD we include Mani tunes originating from Nun Gyelongma Pelmo . Listening to these tunes will help the listener to plant the seeds of the Dharma to break the wheel of Samsara.
When Nun Gyelongma Pelmo died she was sent to hell to try to rescue tormented spirits. She sang this Mani tunes to release those spirits from the tortures of hell. On their release those spirits with a connection to her and Guangyin went with her to the Guanyin land.
Practitioners with a strong faith to practice the Dharma, who undertake the Nyungney (fasting silence retreat practice ) and chant praying the Mani tunes will more easily find their way to the Buddha Land when they pass away.

仁波切希望大家能在初十五及三十兩曰,過午不食。過午以13:00不食固體食物,任何食物需要咬或咀嚼皆不可。
液體流質可以,以水為主。以個人需求補充豆漿牛奶杏仁茶等。直至清早醒來。隔曰早餐最好淸淡(紅棗水)再慢慢恢復飲食。
會在前一曰上午提醒大家隔曰斷食。斷食曰請大家吃素。並且能多持誦阿彌陀佛咒語及釋迦牟尼佛咒語。並且鼓勵家人朋友一起參加。
如果初十五或者三十因為特別因素無法參加,大家可以選擇初八藥師佛曰自己補上。
這是大家一起鼓勵一起修行的團體。若是有任何疑問,也歡迎大家提出。

Khentrul Rinpoche is forming the “Fast” re-treat practice group. This is to cut the food after lunch and only drink liquid and water after 1pm till next day sunrise morning. We aim to do twice a month on15th and 30th. By doing this, we can increase our Buddhism practice, understanding the samsara world impermanant, feeling the hungrey ghost suffering, and best is to increase our health and life and reduce obstacles in our life..we welcome you all can join us to do this simple action in our life. Only 2 days each month.. And we also trying to be vegetarian in the 2 days. During the two days of 15th and 30th, please try to be vegetarian in breakfast and early lunch by 1pm. After please also taking liquid and water till next day morning. During the day time, if u can please try to chant mani mantra as much as u can and dedicated to all sentient beings. It is important that we can combine our Buddhism practice to our daily work and job.. We will have Taiwan and other Asian counties disciples to do together.. It is a powerful group. We start doing this and we can be healthy and be able to help other too.

3days thousand hand Buddha Nungne has completed successfully. Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche shared his thoughts to all disciples and advised that the Nungne is very popularly used practice at sutrayana and mahayana. But why vajrayana practitioners need to use this practice?
Rinpoche said it is because we still not reach vajrayana perfection level and our action mind speech needs to improve all the time. Nungne practice is the best way to understand the great mercy hearts of Bodhisttva and also truly see the life impermanant and wants to out of samsara world and to reach pure Buddha world.
Nungne is the best way to take our our sin and ask for forgiveness. Through our body suffering and no food and water over 36 hours and the person mind is more easily to understand all sentient being suffering and also see the impermanant of human body..and focus more on the Buddhism practice.
All disciples need to use vijroyana practice of mantra chanting,visualization and mudra in the retreat. This is the best way to fully join of both Mahayana and vijroyana practice.
We all need to know how powerful of taking vows and be able to keep vows. Keep good vows is also the best foundation to fulfill our good wishes.
Also we are taking vows for all sentient beings and also sharing our luck credits to all of them too.
By doing this way, we are able to take out our sins quickly and to accumulate our luck and energy credit.. And be able to stably and continuously practice Buddhism until reaching nature Buddha mind.
Rinpoche urges all participants to continuously chanting Guangyin 6 words mantra and dedicate to all sentient beings daily.
Rinpoche make his great wishes to all and dedicate his daily practice to all sentient beings.

堪祖蘇南給稱仁波切在第一天八關齋戒閉關開示,特別強調受戒的重要性及功德力。由於過去生劫所積聚之不善業及生活中所造作諸惡業,而導致之疾病、不幸、障礙、皆會由我們行持齋戒而淨除,且滅造惡因,受戒持戒是使我們願望能實現的重要基礎地基般。因此此戒律是最殊勝之處是破除諸障礙之最有力法門。
護持戒法可以清除過去累世所積之惡業,不會轉生於下三道,且斷除了投生下三途之因。
佛陀曾示:「持戒是最直接獲得自由難得人身,而不會投生於下三道之法因」。故而, 我們將來將會再獲得寶貴的人身。
為什麼要受「八關齋戒」?
