allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91d1\u525b\u4e58\u4fee\u884c\u8005\u9808\u8981\u5341\u5206\u6ce8\u91cd\u84ee\u5e2b\u8588\u4f9b\u65e5\u53ca\u7a7a\u884c\u6bcd\u8588\u4f9b\u66f0\uff0c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bcf\u6708\u4e8c\u66f0\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6b8a\u52dd\u66f0\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5bc6\u4e58\u4fee\u884c\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u4e8c\u66f0\u7684\u4fee\u884c\uff0c\u6703\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63a5\u53d7\u5230\u4e0a\u5e2b\u53ca\u7a7a\u884c\u6bcd\u7684\u7279\u5225\u52a0\u6301\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u672c\u5c0a\u53ca\u4fee\u884c\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u7cbe\u9032\u800c\u4e14\u798f\u5831\u589e\u9577\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u672c\u5c0a\u4fee\u6301\u662f\u5fc5\u9808\u7d50\u5408\u8588\u4f9b\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c24\u5176\u5e73\u6642\u6211\u5011\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u8eab\u8a9e\u610f\u4e0a\u72af\u932f\uff0c\u8588\u4f9b\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u5011\u61fa\u6094\u53ca\u5f4c\u88dc\u904e\u5931\u7684\u65b9\u4fbf\u6cd5\u9580\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f9e\u4e09\u6629\u8036\u6212\u4f86\u8ad6\uff0c\u5bc6\u4e58\u4fee\u884c\u8005\u82e5\u662f\u5728\u8588\u4f9b\u65e5\u6c92\u6709\u505a\u4efb\u4f55\u5bc6\u6cd5\u4fee\u6301\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u72af\u4e86\u4e09\u6629\u8036\u6212\u5f8b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u80fd\u89aa\u81ea\u53c3\u8207\u4f5b\u5b78\u6703\u7684\u5171\u4fee\u8588\u4f9b\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u4e5f\u9808\u8981\u6301\u8aa6\u84ee\u5e2b\u4e03\u53e5\u7948\u8acb\u6587108\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8588\u4f9b\u70ba\u6700\u6709\u6548\u53ca\u5feb\u901f\u7d2f\u7a4d\u8cc7\u7ce7\u798f\u5fb7\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u6bcf\u6708\u85cf\u66c6\u521d\u5341\u84ee\u5e2b\u8588\u4f9b\uff0c\u79aa\u4fee\u4e03\u53e5\u7948\u8acb\u6587\u662f\u6700\u6709\u6548\u53ca\u5feb\u901f\u7d2f\u7a4d\u8cc7\u7ce7\u798f\u5fb7\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u300c\u4e03\u91d1\u525b\u53e5\u7948\u8acb\u6587\u300d\u4e5f\u662f\u986f\u5bc6\u7684\u9053\u8def\u95dc\u9375\u6fc3\u7e2e\u8981\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8588\u4f9b\u662f\u91d1\u525b\u4e58\u5bc6\u4e58\u4e0d\u5171\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5bb9\u6613\u505a\u3001\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u4e14\u5177\u52a0\u6301\u529b\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u6709\u9322\u4eba\u6216\u8ca7\u7aae\u4eba\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8588\u4f9b\u7684\u7a2e\u985e\u5f88\u591a\u7a2e\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u5b9a\u90fd\u8981\u6e96\u5099\u5f88\u591a\u4f9b\u54c1\u624d\u80fd\u505a\uff0c\u8ca7\u7aae\u4eba\u7528\u4e00\u4e9b\u6c34\u3001\u81ea\u5df1\u5403\u7684\u4e09\u9910\u98f2\u98df\u53ca\u89c0\u60f3\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u4f5c\u8588\u4f9b\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u7684\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u65b9\u4fbf\u3001\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u4e14\u5177\u5927\u52a0\u6301\u529b\uff1b\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4ee5\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c31\u80fd\u5feb\u901f\u5713\u6eff\u4e8c\u8cc7\u7ce7\u7684\u6b8a\u52dd\u6cd5\u9580\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u8588\u4f9b\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u7d2f\u7a4d\u798f\u5fb7\u8cc7\u7ce7\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u61fa\u7f6a\u3002\u82e5\u65bc\u4e09\u6627\u8036\u6212\u6709\u7834\u640d\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u8588\u4f9b\u6642\u61fa\u6094\u662f\u6700\u6b8a\u52dd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u84ee\u82b1\u751f\u5927\u58eb\u7684\u300c\u52a0\u6301\u5982\u96e8\u964d\u81e8\u4e03\u91d1\u525b\u53e5\u8588\u4f9b\u300d\u7684\u521d\u5341\u8588\u4f9b\u5100\u8ecc\u5167\u63d0\u53ca\uff1a\u300c\u4f5c\u4e00\u6b21\u8588\u4f9b\u5f8c\uff0c\u82e5\u672a\u9020\u65b0\u7f6a\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u5f80\u751f\u6975\u6a02\u4e16\u754c\u53ca\u84ee\u5e2b\u6de8\u571f\u3002\u300d\u82e5\u80fd\u4f9d\u6b62\u4fee\u6301\u8588\u4f9b\u7684\u6212\u5f8b\u53ca\u6b21\u7b2c\uff0c\u84ee\u5e2b\u6240\u63d0\u7684\u529f\u5fb7\u5b9a\u6703\u5713\u6eff\u3002\u82e5\u6709\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6216\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u61fa\u7f6a\u800c\u5713\u6eff\u6240\u6709\u7684\u798f\u5fb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8598\u5e2b\u66fe\u8aaa\u904e\uff0c\u5728\u8588\u4f9b\u65e5\u4fee\u6301\u6b64\u4e03\u53e5\uff0c\u7942\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u524d\u4f86\u52a0\u6301\u3002\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u8d77\u5728\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5171\u540c\u4fee\u6301\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u66f4\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u975e\u5e38\u5f37\uff0c\u6613\u5f97\u5230\u52a0\u6301\u529b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u7576\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u8d77\u5171\u4fee\u5c31\u53ef\u4e00\u8d77\u5f97\u5230\u52a0\u6301\u3002\u597d\u6bd4\u5927\u5bb6\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u5c31\u6bd4\u500b\u4eba\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63a8\u52d5\u5927\u77f3\u982d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u8588\u4f9b\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5148\u4f9b\u990a\u4e0a\u5e2b\u672c\u5c0a\u7a7a\u884c\u6bcd\uff0c\u4e2d\u9593\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u4eab\u8588\u4f9b\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u90e8\u4efd\u98df\u7269\u4f9b\u7d66\u4e00\u5207\u6709\u60c5\u773e\u53ca\u7576\u5730\u795e\u660e\uff0c\u4e26\u89c0\u60f3\u4ed6\u5011\u53d6\u5176\u6240\u9700\u98df\u7269\u800c\u6b61\u559c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u56e0\u70ba\u6b64\u751f\u6709\u597d\u7684\u798f\u5831\u800c\u80fd\u5728\u6b64\u4fee\u6cd5\u53ca\u5206\u4eab\u8588\u4f9b\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u597d\u7684\u798f\u5831\u4e5f\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5728\u4fee\u6301\u4f5b\u6cd5\u53ca\u672c\u5c0a\u6642\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u5f97\u5230\u52a0\u6301\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e0d\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5916\u9762\u4e8b\u7269\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u8588\u4f9b\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u76e1\u529b\u7684\u61fa\u6094\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u72af\u7684\u932f\uff0c\u4e26\u6e05\u6de8\u81ea\u5df1\u3002\u8588\u4f9b\u4f9b\u990a\u53ca\u4fee\u6cd5\u662f\u6700\u6b8a\u8056\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u4fee\u6301\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u800c\u6709\u529b\u7d2f\u7a4d\u798f\u5fb7\u7684\u4fee\u6cd5\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u671f\u8a31\u5927\u5bb6\u80fd\u5920\u4fdd\u63e1\u4fee\u884c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u597d\u597d\u52aa\u529b\u7cbe\u9032\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u795d\u798f\u5927\u5bb6 \u5409\u7965\u5982\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khentrul Rinpoche has shared his view of importance of Guru Tshok and Dakini Tshok to all Vajrayana Buddhism practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the most holy and important days to us as we are more easily get blessing by Guru Rinpoche and Dakini if we pray for them in these 2 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also our own dharma practices are more likely to get improved and making progress. Any main deity practice will also needs to combine with Tshok pray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tshok pray also is one of the good way to increase our dharma credit. It is also very important way to repair our daily mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we can&#8217;t participate the Tshok, we at least needs to pray Guru Rinpoche 7-Line prayers 108 times.
