He also wishes all disciples have long life and has no obstacles and challenges in the life. Busa Trulku said we need to appreciate the chance bring born as human and every year of our birthday we need to focus more in our practice on Dharma and not wasting time on eating and drinking. Each year of our birthday we are close to the end of our life, things are impermanent and we need to cherish our time and do harder for our Buddhism practice. For a good practitioner, the birthday is the day having good chance to reach nature Buddha mind. This is why we need to treasure our human life.  At our birthday we should light up candles to offer Buddha and to increase our mind brightness and wisdom. Also we can pray for long life and to pray guru Renpoche.
