\nTwo Treasure Kings of Pema Lingpa and Dorji Linpa lineage have strong and close connection in each lineage reincarnation and often are either related or have master-disciple relationship.

\nKhentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche was born with Dorji lingpa blood line from Khedrup Choki Dorji the 6th Busa Trulku, the founder of Drangla samten choling\uff08\u4e0d\u4e39\u7576\u62c9\u5bfa\u5edf) in Bhutan. Khentrul Renpoche’s father was blood related to the founder of Drangla Goenpa.

\nThe 9th Busa lam Phentshok Dorji \uff08\u670b\u63aa\u591a\u5091\uff09was the disciple of Aja lam Buli Trulku Khachap Namkha Dorji. Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Renpoche was the reincarnation of 9th Busa lam Phentshok Dorji. Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Renpoche holds both Dorji Lingpa blood lineage as well as the reincarnation of Dorji Lingpa Busa Heart son lineage.

\nKhentrul was studied at Gangteng monastery since aged of 11 until got his Khenpo degree.
