\nKhentrul Rinpoche said most time in our daily life, there are more challenges and obstacles than help. And often when you are doing the right things but the people surrounding you will try to mis-leading you or stopping you?
\n
\nSo how to do? A Buddhism practitioner needs to close to his\/her guru and are able to receive guidance. It is like getting little bit water when u are walking in the desert and it will help you continue walking on the challenge road and heading to right direction till reach final destination.
\n
\nPeople ask Rinpoche “learning dharma is such a long way and it is also not possible truly seeing Buddha and sometimes our mind goes up and goes down.” How to do?
\n
\nKhentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche said: Practicing dharma is a long journey but only you know if you are in the right direction and only yourself know if you mind is improving and is in much peace stage.
\n
\nIf the answer is yes and you mind is improving all the time, then you just feel satisfy of your own practice and keep on doing your practice.
\n
\nA person only need to know they are improving their mind everyday and they are learning a right way to control their mind. Gradually yourself are able to understand the “Perfection Mind” stage. No one can describe to you but only yourself can appreciate the stage.

\nThe samsara world is showing most time untrue things and only ourself trying to find the true things in the right Buddhism practice direction.
