It is important to focus on key points and by doing this way, we will know what is important to our limited precious life and what isn&#8217;t important. If we see this clearly so we won&#8217;t waste our life and energy on those minor things in daily life such as some people say or do something upsetting you or making u unhappy etc.. When a person think of impermanant life and immediately the person will let go our own ego and reduce the 5 poisons impact to our daily life &#8211; greedy, angry, desire, arrogant, and ignorant. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nRemember why we are learning dharma and where we want to go and how can we improve ourself and can reach there. By doing this way, if we are not able to reach nature Buddha mind in this life, at least we have peaceful mind in this life time.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWish you all have a great dharma learning journey.
