So I would like to congratulate everyone for successfully making it through the 2019 year. Whatever has happened for the past 12 months, we have learnt lessons and now is the time to let go and move on.

\n2020 is the start of 12 signs with the Rat year which we also believe is like the spring of four season, all good things will come out and all things we planned are more likely to be successful.

\nThe new year is the turning opportunity and also provides the chance for us to regret those things we have done wrongly and also make good wishes and good plans to improve our body, mind and speech for the change and good things to happen.

\nAs Bhuddists we all understand impermanence and emptiness. Because of impermanence everything is depending and it also means we have more chance and opportunity to improve ourselves and to grab the opportunity to turn into good things.
