\n\u7136\u800c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u91d1\u525b\u5bc6\u4e58\u884c\u8005\u90fd\u9084\u672a\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u5927\u5713\u6e80\u7684\u5883\u754c\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u5b88\u516b\u6212\u7684\u7d10\u6d85\u9589\u95dc\uff0c\u91d1\u525b\u5bc6\u4e58\u4fee\u884c\u8005\uff0c\u53ef\u85c9\u7531\u53d7\u6212\u9589\u95dc\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u91d1\u525b\u4e58\u7684\u89c0\u60f3\uff0c\u624b\u5370\u53ca\u6301\u5492\u4f9b\u990a\u4fee\u884c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7f6a\u696d\u76e1\u901f\u6d88\u9664\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u7d2f\u7a4d\u798f\u5fb7\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u63d0\u5347\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4f5b\u6cd5\u4fee\u884c\u3002

\n\u5b88\u6212\u9589\u95dc\u662f\u6e05\u9664\u7f6a\u696d\uff0c\u7d2f\u7a4d\u798f\u5831\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u6211\u5011\u826f\u5584\u7684\u795d\u798f\u5fc3\u9858\u5f97\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u6cd5\u9580\u3002

\n3days thousand hand Buddha Nungne has completed successfully. Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche shared his thoughts to all disciples and advised that the Nungne is very popularly used practice at sutrayana and mahayana. But why vajrayana practitioners need to use this practice?

\nRinpoche said it is because we still not reach vajrayana perfection level and our action mind speech needs to improve all the time. Nungne practice is the best way to understand the great mercy hearts of Bodhisttva and also truly see the life impermanant and wants to out of samsara world and to reach pure Buddha world.

\nNungne is the best way to take our our sin and ask for forgiveness. Through our body suffering and no food and water over 36 hours and the person mind is more easily to understand all sentient being suffering and also see the impermanant of human body..and focus more on the Buddhism practice.
\n
\nAll disciples need to use vijroyana practice of mantra chanting,visualization and mudra in the retreat. This is the best way to fully join of both Mahayana and vijroyana practice.
\n
\nWe all need to know how powerful of taking vows and be able to keep vows. Keep good vows is also the best foundation to fulfill our good wishes.
\n
\nAlso we are taking vows for all sentient beings and also sharing our luck credits to all of them too.
\n
\nBy doing this way, we are able to take out our sins quickly and to accumulate our luck and energy credit.. And be able to stably and continuously practice Buddhism until reaching nature Buddha mind.

\nRinpoche urges all participants to continuously chanting Guangyin 6 words mantra and dedicate to all sentient beings daily.

\nRinpoche make his great wishes to all and dedicate his daily practice to all sentient beings.
