\n\u4e0d\u4e39\u5be7\u746a\u6d3e\u6771\u65b9\u4f0f\u85cf\u738b\u591a\u5091\u6797\u5df4\u5fc3\u5b50\u50b3\u627f \u52d8\u7956\u8607\u5357\u7d66\u7a31\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u5e36\u9818\u4f5b\u5b78\u6703\u5f1f\u5b50\u65bc4\u67089-11\u66f0\u5409\u7965\u66f0\uff0c\u8209\u884c\u5343\u624b\u89c0\u97f3\u516b\u95dc\u9f4b\u6212\u7d10\u6d85(Nung Ney)\u9589\u95dc\u4e09\u5929\u4e8c\u591c\u3002

\n\u4fee\u516b\u95dc\u9f4b\u6212\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u516b\u7a2e\u6212\u4f93. \u4fee\u6b64\u6cd5\u53ef\u5e36\u4f86\u4e16\u754c\u548c\u5e73\uff0c\u8fb2\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u53ef\u5373\u6642\u4e0b\u96e8\uff0c\u4e94\u7a40\u8c50\u6536\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u707d\u96e3\u53ca\u60e1\u5146\uff0c\u4fee\u8005\u4f86\u4e16\u53ef\u5f97\u4eba\u8eab\u3002\u53d7\u6212\u8005\u5f97\u4ee5\u9577\u990a\u5584\u6839\u56e0\u7de3\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u6e05\u6de8\u696d\u969c\uff0c\u514d\u65bc\u5730\u6c34\u706b\u98a8\u7a7a\u7b49\u5929\u707d\u4eba\u798d\uff0c\u9060\u96e2\u7d93\u6fdf\u5371\u6a5f\u548c\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e0d\u5354\u8abf\u4e4b\u56f0\u64fe\u3002

\n\u4fee\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u5b88\u6212\uff0c3\u66f02\u591c\u53d7\u6212\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4fee\u6cd5\u53ca\u4ee5\u5f37\u70c8\u83e9\u63d0\u5fc3\u53ca\u60b2\u5fc3\u4f86\u767c\u9858\uff0c\u9858\u81ea\u5df1\u53ca\u773e\u751f\u812b\u96e2\u8f2a\u8ff4\uff0c\u9858\u4f86\u4e16\u53ef\u5f97\u4eba\u8eab\uff0c\u53ef\u89aa\u8fd1\u4f5b\u6cd5\uff0c\u8a3c\u609f\u4f5b\u6cd5\u5f97\u89e3\u812b\u3002

\n\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u4995\u793a\u8aac\u7d10\u6d85\u96d6\u7136\u53ea\u6709\u4e09\u5929\u4e8c\u591c\uff0c\u4f46\u6bd4\u8d77\u66f4\u9577\u5929\u6578\u7684\u5927\u5713\u6eff\u9589\u95dc\u4fee\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u9084\u8981\u56f0\u96e3\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u5343\u624b\u89c0\u97f3\u516b\u95dc\u9f4b\u6212\u9589\u95dc\u8005\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5fcd\u53d7\u5c07\u8fd130\u5c0f\u6642\u4e0d\u80fd\u98f2\u6c34\u3002\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u65b7\u98df\u800c\u4e14\u65b7\u6c34\uff0c\u9589\u95dc\u8005\u7684\u8eab\uff0c\u8a9e\uff0c\u610f \u540c\u6642\u53d7\u5230\u8003\u9a57\u3002

\n\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u53d7\u6212\u9589\u95dc\u66f4\u80fd\u4f7f\u4fee\u884c\u8005\u4e86\u89e3\u5343\u624b\u89c0\u97f3\u7684\u5927\u60b2\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u5c0d\u4f5b\u6cd5\u5347\u8d77\u66f4\u52a0\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u83e9\u63d0\u5fc3\u53ca\u66f4\u80fd\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u773e\u751f\u7684\u82e6\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u611f\u53d7\u5728\u9913\u9b3c\u9053\u7684\u773e\u751f\u3002\u6bd4\u8d77\u4ed6\u5011\u66f0\u4ee5\u7e7c\u591c\u7684\u82e6\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u8eab\u4e4b\u82e6\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u7b97\u4ec0\u9ebc\u3002

\n\u6240\u4ee5\u4fee\u884c\u8005\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u4e0d\u65b7\u589e\u9577\u81ea\u5df1\u83e9\u63d0\u60b2\u5fc3\uff0c\u9808\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4eba\u8eab\u7684\u96e3\u5f97\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u4fdd\u63e1\u6a5f\u6703\u4fee\u884c\uff0c\u628a\u6642\u9593\u7528\u5728\u5f88\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u4e0a\u3002

\n\u4f5b\u5b78\u6703\u5f1f\u5b50\u53d7\u6212\u7b2c\u4e00\u66f0\u7576\u5929\u958b\u59cb\u4e09\u5929\u7684\u5343\u624b\u89c0\u97f3\u9589\u95dc\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e09\u66f0\u51cc\u66684:30 \u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u7d66\u4e88\u5343\u624b\u89c0\u97f3\u704c\u9802\uff0c\u5713\u6eff\u51fa\u95dc\u3002

\n\u4e4b\u5f8c\u8209\u884c\u5c71\u6d44\u7159\u4f9b\u6cd5\u6703\uff0c\u6b8a\u52dd\u7684\u6587\u6b66\u767e\u5c0a\u8d85\u6e21\u6cd5\u6703\uff0c\u53ca\u84ee\u5e2b\u5927\u8588\u4f9b\u3002

\n\u6240\u6709\u5f1f\u5b50\u51fa\u95dc\u611f\u8a00\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u8eab\u9ad4\u52de\u7d2f\u4f46\u6cd5\u559c\u5145\u6eff\uff0c\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u8f9b\u82e6\u662f\u503c\u5f97\u7684\u3002\u660e\u5e74\u9084\u8981\u7e7c\u7e8c\u52aa\u529b\u53c3\u52a0\u3002

\n\u9589\u95dc\u5713\u6eff\u65e54\u670811\u66f0\uff08\u85cf\u66a6\u5e742\u670815\u66f0\uff09\u4e5f\u662f\u4f0f\u85cf\u738b \u591a\u5091\u6797\u5df4\u5fc3\u5b50-\u5e03\u85a9\u7956\u53e4 Busa Trulku\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e16\uff0c \u63aa\u7f8e.\u624e\u897f.\u5929\u6d25\u7684\u8a3c\u609f\u66f0\u3002\u582a\u7956\u8607\u5357\u7d66\u7a31\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u70ba\u5e03\u85a9\u7956\u53e4\u7b2c\u5341\u4e00\u4e16\u8f49\u4e16\u3002\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u85cf\u66c6\u6b8a\u52dd4\u6708\u7684\u8b77\u6cd5\u66f0\u521d\u5341\u4e5d\u3002\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u5f9e\u5c0f\u5373\u88ab\u8a8d\u8b49\u70ba\u300c\u591a\u5091\u6797\u5df4\u5fc3\u5b50\u7684\u8f49\u4e16\u300d\u3002\u7576\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u5728Busa wangdue Goenpa \u5e03\u85a9\u65fa\u5ea6\u5bfa\u51fa\u751f\u7684\u7576\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bfa\u5edf\u7684\u5c71\u6cc9\u4f9b\u6c34\u7ba1\u7a81\u7136\u8b8a\u8272\u800c\u6d41\u51fa\u50cf\u725b\u5976\u822c\u7684\u984f\u8272\uff0c\u986f\u73fe\u7965\u745e\u5fb5\u7167\u3002

\n\u582a\u7956\u4ec1\u6ce2\u5207\u7279\u5225\u65bc\u5713\u6eff\u66f0\u529f\u5fb7\u8ff4\u5411\u4e00\u5207\u6709\u60c5\u773e\u53ca\u591a\u5091\u6797\u5df4\u50b3\u627f\u4fee\u884c\u8005\u5f1f\u5b50\uff0c\u6703\u54e1\u53ca\u529f\u5fb3\u4e3b\u3002\u795d\u798f\u5927\u5bb6\u5728\u4fee\u884c\u8def\u4e0a\u6c92\u6709\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u8a3c\u609f\u4f5b\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u80fd\u5229\u76ca\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u60c5\u773e\u3002

\n\u53f0\u7063\u591a\u5091\u6797\u5df4\u4f5b\u5b78\u6703\u65bc\u6bcf\u5e74\u56db\u6708\u8209\u884c\u4e09\u5929\u4e8c\u591c\u7684\u5343\u624b\u89c0\u97f3\u516b\u95dc\u9f4b\u6212\u7d10\u6d85\u9589\u95dc(Nung Ney)\u30022017\u5e74\u70ba\u7b2c\u56db\u5c48\u3002\u671f\u5f85\u6cd5\u53cb\u52a0\u5165\u6211\u50112018\u5e74\u7684\u9589\u95dc\u3002

\nKhentrul Sonam Gyeltshen has lead the center disciple for 3 days 2 nights Nung Ney retreat on April 9-11 2017.
\n
\nRenpoche said that Nung Ney retreat is actually more challenging than other practice retreat. Comparing to some longer days re-treat program, Nung Ney participants can’t drink water for over 30 hours. Most people will be very worried for not having any water.
\n
\nBut if participants can fully trust Guangyin (God of Mercy) and concentrate on mani chanting and visualization during the retreat, most obstacles and uncomfortable can be easily taken out. After retreat, our mind will be much more peaceful, joy and satisfaction.
\n
\nBy doing this retreat, we can at least understand some pain of the hungry ghost. We only suffer 2 days but the hungry ghost needs to suffer days months years and even many turn of lives. So as practitioners, we needs to increase our mercy hearts and do our best to improve our mind and be able to help more beings. We needs to make great wishes and wishes all beings can be our of samsara.

\nThis year all disciples and participants have also shown much stronger faith and confidence on the practice and everyone complete the retreat successful and receiving blessing from Thousand Buddha, Amitaba, Guru Rinpoche all deities, Dakini and lineage protectors.

\nApril 11 is also the holy day of 1st Busa Trulku enlightenment day. Khentrul Sonam Gyeltshen Rinpoche is 11th reincarnation of Busa Trulku. When Khentrul Rinpoche was born, Busa Wangdue village people have seen the mountain water from pipe have changed to milk color. It has shown all good dharma sign of Khentrul Renpoche birth.

\nAt completion of retreat, Khentrul Rinpoche made his great wishes and dedication to all Dorling lineage disciples, members and sponsors and wish we all can continuously learn dharma and benefit more beings without any obstacles.
